Cultivation method:
Soak seeds in room temperature water for 6 to 12 hours to initiate germination.
Drain the seeds carefully and place them in a sprouter or suitable container.
Rinse the seeds 2 to 3 times a day to maintain optimal hydration and prevent drying out.
Your sprouts will be ready to harvest and eat in just 2-3 days, while microgreens take up to 14 days to reach full maturity.
