Refund and Exchange Policy

We want to ensure your satisfaction by offering a clear and transparent policy regarding returns and exchanges. Here are the applicable conditions:

Deadline for a refund or exchange

  • Exchanges or refunds are possible within 14 days following the purchase of a plant or inert product.
  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment (credit card, debit card or cash).
  • No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days .

Products excluded from refund or exchange

  • Items purchased on clearance.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Conditions for a refund or exchange

  • For plants :
    • The plant must be in perfect condition, with no signs of poor maintenance or neglect (e.g. insufficient or excessive watering).
    • The plant must be in its original pot and not have been replanted.

Specific exclusions

No refunds or exchanges for:

  • Plants whose price ends in $0.44 or $0.75 .
  • Products on clearance or with a yellow label.
  • Items discounted 30% and more .

Procedure for a return or refund request

  1. Contact us by email :
    • orders@pepiniere.ca
  2. If the order was picked up : return it directly to the store.
  3. If the order has been delivered :
    • Return the product in its original packaging.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products damaged during delivery

  • Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us via email.
  • Provide your order confirmation number for quick tracking.

Return with invoice and order number

  • A return is possible within 7 days of purchase if you present the invoice and the associated order number.
