Delivery and Guarantees

Territories and periods served

  • Delivery all year round
    • Live plants : Delivery available throughout Canada.
    • Seeds and horticultural products : Delivery available internationally.
    • Bulk soil : Delivery limited to a predefined area (greater Montreal region).

Carriers

To ensure a service adapted to each type of order:

  • Seeds in envelope : Canada Post.
  • Bulky packages : Purolator, GLS, FedEx or Canpar.

A tracking number will be sent to you to follow your package in real time.

⚠️ Important note : A signature will be required upon delivery, unless you have chosen the delivery option without signature. In this case, we cannot be held responsible for any theft, damage or loss.


Shipping costs

  • Seeds

    • Fixed fee : $7.50 for orders sent by envelope, anywhere in Quebec.
    • Estimated delivery times : 2 to 4 business days (via Canada Post).
  • Other products (excluding bulk)

    • Fees : Calculated based on weight, size and delivery area.
    • Local Delivery (Greater Montreal Area) : Hand delivery with cold protection. We will contact you to set a delivery date and time.
  • Loose soil

    • Fees : $50 to $150 for deliveries of 1 to 10 cubic yards. Fees double for each additional 10 yards.
    • Estimated delivery time : 3 to 5 working days following order.
    • Note : Delivery limited to a territory defined by the company, unless otherwise agreed.

Preparation and shipping times

  • Shipping days : Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid backlogs at sorting centers on weekends (especially for plants).
  • Notification : You will receive a tracking number and an expected delivery date after shipment. If you do not receive our email, please check your spam box.
  • Peak Periods : Lead times may be extended in the spring or during the holidays due to high demand.

Winter expedition

  • All packages include an insulating wrap and a heat pack (included in shipping costs).
  • In case of extreme temperatures, deliveries may be temporarily suspended until weather conditions improve.

In-store pickup

  • Orders ready for pickup must be collected within 7 days of receipt of confirmation notice.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery , with supporting photos.
  • Live plants : No returns or refunds, unless there is a problem reported upon receipt.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
