Cultivation method:
For sprouts, soak wheat seeds in warm water for 12 hours. Drain and rinse twice a day, keeping them in a dark, well-ventilated place. Sprouts are ready to harvest in 2 to 3 days.
For microgreens, sow the seeds in a light, well-drained substrate. Keep them constantly moist, but avoid overwatering. Place them in a bright spot but out of direct sunlight. They will be ready to harvest in 8 to 10 days.
