Cultivation method:

Sow 'Tasti-Lee' tomato seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Maintain a temperature of 21-24°C for rapid germination in 5-10 days. When the seedlings are 10cm tall, transplant them into individual pots and acclimatise them gradually before transplanting them into the open ground after the last frost.

Plant young plants in well-drained, organically rich soil, leaving 2 to 30 inches (60 to 75 cm) between plants. Bury part of the stem to encourage strong rooting. Determinate plants of this variation do not need staking, but a light support may be used afterwards to support the heavy fruits.

Water regularly to maintain consistent moisture, without soaking the soil. Apply a potassium-rich fertilizer to encourage optimal fruiting. Harvest fruits when they reach a uniform red color and store at room temperature to preserve their flavor and nutrients.
