Cultivation method:
Sow 'Mega Fantastique' tomato seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last expected frost. Maintain a temperature of 21-24°C to encourage rapid germination in 5-10 days. When the seedlings are about 10cm tall, transplant them into individual pots, then gradually acclimatise them before transplanting them outdoors after the last frost.
Plant young plants in organically rich, well-drained soil at a depth that allows for some of the stem to be buried to strengthen their roots. Space plants 2 to 3 feet apart and provide a stake or cage to support their indeterminate shape and prevent branches from breaking under the weight of the fruit.
Water regularly to maintain consistent moisture without soaking the soil. Apply a balanced fertilizer rich in potassium to encourage generous fruiting. Harvest fruits when they reach a nice uniform red color and store at room temperature to preserve their flavor.
