Cultivation method:
Soak the seeds for 6 to 12 hours before draining. Place them in a sprouter or suitable container. Rinse and drain two to three times a day to maintain optimal hydration. Sprouts are ready to eat in 3 to 6 days, while microgreens require up to 14 days. Expose them to indirect light for the last few days to intensify their color.
