Cultivation method:

'Romanesco' zucchini thrive in warm climates and require full sun exposure and rich, deep, well-drained soil with an ideal pH of 5.5 to 6.5. Enrich the soil with compost before planting.

Sow directly outdoors between late May and mid-June, placing seeds 1" (2.5 cm) deep in mounds 8' (2.4 m) apart. Plant 4-6 seeds per mound, then reduce to 3 plants per mound after germination. For an early harvest, start indoors about 3 weeks before the last frost date.

Ensure regular watering and monitor young plants to protect them from pests. Harvest fruits when they are 6 to 8 inches long for best flavor and texture.

Prized for its unique flavor and exceptional productivity, the 'Romanesco' zucchini is a real asset to any vegetable garden!
