Cultivation method:

Start seedlings indoors from mid-February to late March, in a soilless growing mix. Sow 1/4" (6 mm) deep and maintain a temperature of 70°F (21°C) for optimum germination. Once germinated, grow seedlings in bright light and at a temperature of 60-70°F (16-21°C) to develop strong plants.

After hardening off, transplant plants outdoors in late May to early June in well-drained soil with full sun. Space plants 12" (30 cm) apart in rows 24" (60 cm) apart. Staking is recommended to support plants once fruit has developed. Avoid high-nitrogen fertilizers, as they promote leaf growth at the expense of fruit. Harvest peppers at different stages of maturity to experience varying nuances of flavor and texture.

A versatile and tasty pepper!

The 'Ciliegia Hot Cherry' is an ideal variety for lovers of peppers with a balanced flavor. Whether you enjoy it fresh, pickled or as a condiment, this pepper will add a spicy and gourmet touch to your dishes.
