Cultivation method:
Sow seeds indoors about 6 to 8 weeks before the last spring frost. Use well-drained potting soil and maintain a temperature of 70 to 75 degrees F (21 to 24 degrees C) to promote rapid germination, which occurs in 6 to 12 days. Transplant seedlings into containers or directly into the ground once all danger of frost has passed.
Thunbergia prefers a sunny or lightly shaded location. Provide support, such as a trellis or fence, to allow this climbing plant to reach its full height. Water regularly to keep the soil moist, but not overly so, and fertilize sparingly to encourage flowering.
Maintenance and advice:
