Cultivation method:
Soak the seeds in cold water for 8-12 hours. Drain them thoroughly, then place them in a sprouter or suitable container. Rinse and drain 2-3 times a day to maintain good humidity and prevent mold. Place the sprouter in a dark place for best results. In 2-5 days, the sprouts will reach an ideal size of 1-5 cm. Once harvested, rinse them well and let them dry before enjoying.
