Growing Tips:
Sow seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost or directly into the ground after all danger of frost has passed. Maintain a temperature of 72-75°F for successful germination in 8-14 days. Lightly cover seeds with fine potting soil and keep the substrate moist, but not overly so.
Plant young plants in well-drained, organically enriched soil and choose a location in full sun for abundant blooms. Deadhead spent flowers regularly to encourage continued blooms throughout the summer and into fall.
