Cultivation method:
Sow seeds indoors 10 to 12 weeks before the last frost. Use a well-drained, slightly moist potting soil, maintaining a constant temperature of 72 to 75°F (22 to 24°C). Avoid covering the seeds, as they require light to germinate. Once the seedlings are well developed, transplant them into individual pots at least 5 inches (13 cm) in diameter. When all risk of frost has passed, transplant them outdoors to a sunny location, spacing them 8 to 12 inches (20 to 30 cm) apart.
