Cultivation method:
Soak pea seeds in cold water for 8 to 12 hours. Drain thoroughly, then place in a sprouter or suitable substrate. Rinse and drain seeds twice daily to maintain moisture and prevent mold. Sprouts will be ready to harvest in 2 to 3 days, while microgreens will take 10 to 14 days to reach maturity. Once harvested, rinse them thoroughly before incorporating them into your favorite recipes.
