When all risk of frost has passed, plant the plants in the ground in rich, well-drained soil, ideally amended with compost. Space the plants about 50 cm apart for good air circulation and install stakes or cages to support their indeterminate shape.
Water regularly, but avoid wetting the foliage to prevent disease. Harvest cherry tomatoes when they reach a bright red color to enjoy their best flavor.
