Cultivation method:
Sow seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost date, at a temperature of 72 to 80°F (22 to 26°C). Germination occurs in 7 to 14 days. Transplant seedlings into individual pots when they are about 2 inches (5 cm).
When the risk of frost has passed, transfer plants to hanging baskets or containers. Use a rich, well-drained potting soil and place plants in a location that receives 6 to 8 hours of sunlight per day. Water regularly to keep the soil slightly moist, but avoid overwatering.
Harvest fruits when they are bright red and sweet. Frequent harvesting will encourage continued fruit production throughout the season.
