Cultivation method:
Sow seeds indoors about 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost date. Plant them 1 to 1.5 cm deep in a well-drained soil. Maintain a temperature of 15 to 20 °C to encourage germination, which will take 10 to 21 days. Transplant the young plants into the ground when all risk of frost has passed, spacing them 60 to 90 cm apart. Prefer a site in full sun and rich, well-drained soil.
