Cultivation method:

Sow directly into the ground as soon as the soil has warmed up, at a depth of 1.5 to 2 cm. Space the plants 10 to 15 cm apart in the row, with rows spaced 30 to 45 cm apart. Prepare a loose, organic-rich and well-drained soil to encourage root development.

Maintain constant moisture, but not too much, to ensure steady growth. Thin out young plants when they reach 5 cm to ensure good spacing and well-formed roots.

Harvest when the roots are full size for a tender texture and mild flavor. Ideal for marinades, roasts or salads, they retain their vibrant color even after cooking. The foliage can be used like spinach to enrich your dishes with flavor and nutrients.

Bring a touch of color and sweetness to your vegetable garden with 'Touchstone Gold' beetroot, a versatile and tasty variety that will delight gardeners and gourmets alike.
