Cultivation method
Sow directly into the ground once all risk of frost has passed . Cover the seeds lightly with a fine sift of soil and keep the soil moist but well drained . To spread out the harvest and prevent the seeds from bolting too quickly , sow new seeds every 2 to 3 weeks throughout the summer.
For indoor starting , sow in pots and transplant the young plants after 10 to 12 days , spacing 30 cm (12 inches) apart .
