Cultivation method:

Sow seeds from June to mid-July, in successive crops every two weeks, to prolong the harvest as long as temperatures remain cool. Plant seeds 3 mm (1/8") deep and space them 2.5 cm (1") apart in rows 40 cm (16") apart. Once the plants have emerged, thin them to 30 cm (12") apart.

For a fall harvest, you can sow from mid to late August. Maintain regular watering to avoid water stress, which can lead to early bolting and increased bitterness of the leaves. This variety thrives in well-drained soils and full sun.
