Cultivation method:
Sow seeds from June to mid-July in successive crops every two weeks, as long as temperatures remain cool. Plant seeds 3 mm (1/8") deep and space them 2.5 cm (1") apart in rows 40 cm (16") apart. Once the plants have emerged, thin them to 30 cm (12") to allow them to develop well.
For a fall harvest, sow between mid and late August. Maintain regular and uniform watering to avoid water stress, which can lead to premature bolting and increased bitterness of the leaves. This variety thrives in well-drained soil and full sun.
