Italian Basil 'Classic Genovese' is a traditional Italian variety, prized for its medium-sized (5 cm / 2") dark green leaves, which are highly aromatic and spicy in flavour. Perfect for pesto and Mediterranean cooking, this basil is vigorous, late to go to seed and adapts well to containers, both indoors and outdoors.
