Plant seeds 1/8" (3 mm) deep, spacing 1" (2.5 cm) apart. Once the seedlings have emerged, thin them to 12" (30 cm) apart to allow them to flourish. Wild arugula prefers moderate watering and organic soil to develop its rich, spicy flavor.
