The 'Delicata Zeppelin' squash is an heirloom variety known for its creamy skin with dark green and orange stripes , as well as its ultra-sweet, melt-in-the-mouth dark orange flesh . Ideal for individual servings (about 20 cm long), it is distinguished by its sweet potato-like flavor and thin, edible skin . Easy to grow, it is perfect for roasting, stuffing or mashing dishes .

Harvest when the skin becomes hard and the streaks take on a more pronounced color , before the first frosts. Leave to dry for a few days in the sun to improve conservation.
