To prolong production, pick the chillies as they reach their beautiful deep red colour .

Thanks to its thin skin and low water content , it is particularly suitable for drying and can be ground into powder or flakes to be used all year round. In addition to adding spice to dishes, it is rich in capsaicin , an antioxidant with stimulating and digestive properties.

With its high productivity, aromatic power and ease of storage , the 'Red Rocket' hot pepper is a must-have for lovers of spicy cuisine and generous harvests.
