Cultivation method

Sow 0.5 cm deep , in rows 25 cm apart, then thin the plants to 20 cm to encourage good head formation. Regular watering is essential to obtain tender leaves and prevent bolting in hot weather. For a prolonged harvest , carry out successive sowings every 2 to 3 weeks .
