Cultivation method

'Monte Gusto' beans are best grown in full sun , in light, well-drained soil rich in organic matter . Sow directly into the ground after the last frost, when the soil temperature reaches 15°C . Plant 3 to 4 seeds per stake , or in rows 30 to 40 cm apart, with a sturdy support to guide growth. Moderate but regular watering ensures a continuous harvest of tender pods. Harvest young (15-20 cm) for optimum texture and prolonged production.
