Shanghai Bok Choy is a variety of Chinese cabbage that forms a compact rosette with glossy green leaves and juicy pale green stems . Its taste is mild and slightly sweet , perfect for salads, stir-fries and soups . Very fast to grow, it can be harvested whole or in successive leaves for continuous production .
