Rainbow Swiss Chard is a vibrant variety that produces colorful stems in shades of yellow, orange, red, pink and white . Its tender, slightly sweet foliage is as delicious as it is decorative, ideal for salads, stir-fries and gratins . Very resistant and easy to grow, it offers an abundant harvest from spring until the first frosts .

✅ Sow directly in open ground as soon as the soil reaches 10°C , in rows spaced 30 cm apart.
✅ Thin out to 25cm to allow plants to develop well.
✅ Water regularly , especially during hot weather, for tender leaves and crisp stems.
Recipe idea: Sautéed Swiss chard with garlic and lemon
• 1 bunch of Rainbow Swiss chard
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
- Separate the stems from the leaves and cut them into pieces.
- Brown the garlic and stems in olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Add the leaves and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper before serving.
