How to Grow :

Sow seeds in a prepared seedbed between early May and mid-June or in the fall between mid-September and late October. Late fall sowing allows for natural seed stratification over the winter. For spring sowing, start very early, late March or early April, for optimal germination.

Prepare the soil by working it to a depth of 2.5 cm and remove weeds. Broadcast the seeds evenly, possibly mixed with sand to help distribute them. Irrigate as needed during the first growing season.
