Zucchini 'Saffron' is a tasty and very productive yellow zucchini , to be harvested between 10 and 20 cm for a tender texture and a delicate flavor. Its compact bushy shape (50 cm high by 60 cm and more wide) makes it a resistant variety and ideal for small spaces . An improvement of the crookneck type (coutor) , it offers rapid growth with harvests from 42 days after sowing.

For continuous production , it is advisable to pick young zucchini regularly .
