Cultivation method:
Soak red lentils in cold water for 8 to 12 hours. Drain thoroughly, then place in a sprouter or suitable container. Rinse and drain 2 to 3 times a day to maintain optimum moisture and prevent mold. The sprouts will be ready to eat in 2 to 3 days, once they have reached a size of 1 to 3 cm. If you want to cook them, you can use them as soon as the first sprouts appear.
