Immortelle (Anaphalis margaritacea) , seeds by Marie-Victorin

Everlasting (Anaphalis margaritacea) is a perennial plant with silvery-gray, velvety foliage that elegantly brightens sunny, dry gardens. Its fine, long-lasting white flowers are prized for dried flower bouquets, adding a rustic, timeless touch to your arrangements. Ideal for poor, well-drained and even rocky soils, it requires little watering, making it a perfect choice for cottage flowerbeds or low-maintenance spaces.

Spread : 0.5 to 1 meter
Plant height : 30 to 60 cm
Quantity per pack : over 1000 seeds
Companion plants : lavender, yarrow, sedum
Enemy plants : plants requiring constant humidity

For optimal germination, mix the seeds with an equal volume of moist sand or vermiculite. Place this mixture in a sealed plastic bag and leave it in a cold room or refrigerator for 30 to 90 days. Then, sow the seeds on the surface in the desired location, as they need light to germinate. Do not topdress after sowing; for uniform sowing, mix the seeds with sand or talcum powder.

A hardy and ornamental plant, the immortelle is perfect for a low-maintenance garden while providing a delicate and luminous touch. It combines practicality, aesthetics and durability for gardeners seeking simplicity and beauty.
