Cultivation method:
Sow 'SimplySalad Alfresco' seeds directly into the ground or into a pot, 0.5cm deep. Space plants 10-15cm apart to allow for good aeration. This mix thrives in rich, well-drained soil, with regular watering to maintain consistent moisture. You can start harvesting when the leaves are about 10cm tall. Cut the leaves back above the base to allow for new growth, up to three times.

Ingredients :
- 4 cups 'SimplySalad Alfresco' lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup feta, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions :
- In a large salad bowl, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and olives.
- Add the crumbled feta.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
