Also known as Tritoma or "Red Hot Poker," Kniphofia 'Flamenco Mix' is a showy perennial that produces large flower spikes in vibrant shades of cream, yellow, orange, and red. Drought tolerant and easy to grow in well-drained soil, this plant is ideal for garden beds and borders. In addition to brightening up your outdoor space, it attracts hummingbirds and butterflies, while also making excellent cut flowers.

Cultivation method:

Sow Kniphofia 'Flamenco Mix' seeds indoors at 18-22°C for quick germination (14-20 days). Transplant seedlings into well-drained soil after the last frost, spacing them 30-40cm apart. Place in a sunny location to encourage abundant flowering. Plants will reach a height of 80cm, producing their magnificent flower spikes from July to September.
