Soak the seeds in cold water for 8 to 12 hours. Drain them thoroughly, then place them in a sprouter or suitable container. Rinse and drain 2 to 3 times a day to maintain good humidity while preventing mold. Place the sprouter in a well-lit area but out of direct sunlight. The sprouts will be ready to harvest in 5 to 6 days, once they have reached an ideal size. After harvesting, rinse them several times and let them dry well before eating.
