Cultivation method

Harvesting and conservation

Chinese pink celery is harvested young for a milder flavor, or mature for a more pronounced taste. To maintain its color and tender texture, it is advisable to cool quickly after harvesting .

The stems can be stored in the refrigerator at 1-2°C with a high humidity level ( 95% ), and will keep for up to 2 weeks .
