Cultivation method
Seeds require cold stratification for 2-4 weeks for best germination.

Harvesting and conservation
Harvest the leaves in the first year for infusions. The flowers appear in the second year , perfect for enhancing dishes or herbal teas.
The leaves and flowers can be dried for use throughout the year.
