Sugar Rush Cream is a rare and refined variety , developed in England from the famous Sugar Rush . This pepper is distinguished by its moderate heat , its delicately fruity taste and its light and creamy color , which evolves from pale yellow to creamy white when ripe .
With an intensity of 5,000 to 10,000 SHU , it offers a subtle but very present spiciness , ideal for those who like spicy flavors without excess burning. Its taste profile is soft and sweet , with notes of citrus and pepper , perfect for sauces, salsas, exotic dishes and marinated preparations .

Cultivation method:
Sow seeds in early March , about 8 to 10 weeks before the last frost . Germination takes 7 to 14 days , with an ideal temperature between 22 and 28°C . When the seedlings reach 4 to 6 true leaves , transplant them into larger pots before gradually acclimatizing them to the outdoors.
Plant them in the ground or in a pot , in rich, well-drained soil , with full sun exposure . Moderate watering and balanced fertilization every 2 to 3 weeks will allow optimal growth and abundant production .
Harvest begins 70 to 80 days after pollination , when the fruits take on their characteristic cream color and develop their sweet, slightly tangy flavor .

Sugar Rush Cream is an excellent strain for growing in pots, requiring a container of at least 7 to 10 liters , exposure to sunlight for 6 to 8 hours per day , and regular watering to maximize production.
