Description

Dill microgreens ( Anethum graveolens) – offered by the seed company WH Perron

Dill microgreens offer a delicate aroma reminiscent of fennel and anise. Rich in vitamins and minerals, they have digestive, diuretic, antispasmodic and vermifuge properties. These shoots subtly enhance fish dishes, fresh cheeses and omelettes. Although they are ready in 12 to 15 days, their germination requires special care: the seeds must remain moist without being soggy for a successful cultivation.

Pre-soak: Not required
Rinse/Drain Daily: Not Required
Production time: 12 to 15 days

Cultivation method:

Sow dill seeds in a light, well-drained substrate. Maintain consistent moisture by misting regularly, but avoid overwatering to avoid drowning the seeds. Place the container in a bright location, away from direct sunlight. The microgreens will be ready to harvest in 12 to 15 days, once they have reached a height of 5 to 7 cm.

These delicate and aromatic microgreens are a perfect choice to enhance your dishes with refinement while enjoying their nutritional benefits.
