Blue Cupid – McKenzie Seeds
Blue Cupid ( Catananche caerulea ) is a perennial or biennial plant with superb star-shaped flowers of an intense blue, sometimes tinged with purple. Its slender shape and long summer flowering make it an excellent choice for flower beds, borders and meadows. Very popular with pollinators, it attracts bees and butterflies while adding a rustic touch to the garden. Easy to grow, it adapts to well-drained soils, tolerates drought and requires little maintenance. Its dried flowers are also very popular for making long-lasting bouquets.
