Cultivation method:

Sow seeds indoors 3 weeks before the last frost in biodegradable pots to minimise transplanting shock. Transplant to the garden when the soil is at least 16°C and there is no risk of frost. Plant 5-6 seeds per mound, spacing plants 1.5-3m apart in all directions. Prepare a light, well-drained soil enriched with compost.

Using a black mulch is recommended to increase soil temperature and protect seeds. Grow cucumbers on a trellis to encourage straighter fruit and save space, or directly in the ground for traditional harvesting. Water regularly, especially in hot weather, to maintain consistent moisture and prevent bitterness. Combine with companion plants such as dill or fennel to encourage healthy growth and deter pests.

Harvest the fruits when they reach their optimum size (13-15 cm) to ensure their crunch and sweet flavour. Ideal for fresh consumption, in salads or as a healthy snack, this unique cucumber will add an original and tasty touch to your meals. Add the 'Martini Blanc' cucumber to your vegetable garden for an abundant, aesthetic and delicious harvest throughout the summer season.
