Cornissimo F1 pepper ( Capsicum annuum) , offered by the seed company WH Perron
Cornissimo F1 pepper is an exceptional Bull's Horn type variety, known for its large, fleshy, sweet fruits. These peppers turn from green to red when ripe, offering a milder flavor than most peppers of this type. Versatile in cooking, Cornissimo is ideal grilled, stuffed, or baked. By isolating your plants from other pepper varieties, you will obtain seedless fruits. However, even without isolation, this variety will produce slightly larger fruits with only a few seeds. Staking is recommended to support the plants and maximize production.
