Coreopsis Lanceleaf (Coreopsis lanceolata), offered by OSC Seeds

This native Canadian perennial brightens gardens with brilliant yellow flowers 2.5 to 5 cm in diameter. Standing 60 cm tall, it blooms all summer, attracting butterflies and pollinators. Perfect for wildflower mixes or formal borders, it also makes a stunning cut flower. Self-seeds easily and tolerates heat and drought. Hardy to zone 4.

How to Grow:
Start seeds indoors in a soilless mix early in spring for first-year blooms. Keep at 24°C for 15–20 days for germination. Grow under lights at a cooler temperature, then harden off and transplant outdoors to a sunny location. Direct sow outdoors mid-May to early June or in fall. Keep soil moist until germination. Divide plants every 2–3 years. Blooms from June to fall.
