Cultivation method:

Step 1: Soaking
Place the seeds in a wide-mouthed jar with a lid or screen. Rinse the seeds under running water, add fresh water, and let soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain thoroughly and tip the jar into a sink or bowl to remove excess water.

Step 2: Rinse and maintain
Rinse the seeds twice a day. Fill the jar with clean water, stir gently, then drain completely. Make sure the seeds remain moist but well-drained throughout the process.

Step 3: Harvest
Sprouts will be ready to eat in 10 to 12 days. Once harvested, rinse them well, allow them to dry slightly, and refrigerate them to keep them fresh. Make sure they are thoroughly dried before storing for optimum shelf life.
