Cultivation method:
For early flowering, start seeds indoors in March. Sow in a soilless medium 3mm deep and maintain a temperature of 21°C for germination in 10 days. Grow on under lights at a cooler temperature of 10-13°C, then harden off and transplant in mid to late May. Direct sowing can also be done at the same time. Space plants 25cm apart when seedlings are 5-8cm tall. Plants prefer full sun, but will benefit from some shade in areas with hot summers. Prune plants lightly to encourage a second flowering.
