Cultivation method:

Sow 'Tabby' cat barley seeds directly into pots or open ground, 1 cm deep, in well-drained soil. Maintain a temperature of 18 to 21 °C to encourage germination, which occurs in 7 to 10 days. Water regularly to maintain light humidity and place the plant in a sunny or partially shaded area. You can harvest the barley 3 to 4 weeks after sowing, once it has reached a height of 10 to 15 cm.
