Very popular with children, it brings a touch of original color and flavor to your salads and cooked dishes. With its smooth skin and soft texture, it is ideal for gardeners looking for an abundant and tasty harvest.

Plantation:

Sow directly into the ground in spring, to a depth of 6 mm. Space the rows 30 to 40 cm apart and thin the plants to 5 cm in the row to ensure optimal root growth. This variety prefers a loose, well-drained soil, without stones, and regular watering to prevent hardening or lignification of the roots.

Growing Tips:

Rotate crops to reduce disease and plant 'Yellowstone' carrots with companion plants to improve growth and deter pests. Avoid planting near enemy plants to reduce root interference or disease.

Harvest when carrots reach their ideal size and their color is fully developed. Store them in a cool, dry place to preserve their freshness and sweet flavor. They are perfect for cooked dishes, salads or simply as a snack.

Add 'Yellowstone' carrot to your vegetable garden for a productive, vibrant harvest that the whole family will enjoy!
