Perfect for Slicing
Burpless Cucumber Seeds (Cucumis sativus), offered by OSC Seeds
Burpless cucumbers are crisp, flavorful, and genuinely burpless, providing a refreshing taste with zero bitterness. Ideal for salads and snacks, they can be enjoyed without peeling, much like celery. Best flavor and vitamin content are achieved when fruits are 20–25 cm long.

Planting and Care:
Cucumbers thrive in rich, warm, sandy loam soil. Amend soil with compost or manure to a depth of 30 cm before planting. Wait until soil temperature reaches 18 °C to sow. Form mounds 15–20 cm high and 30–60 cm in diameter, spaced 120 cm apart. Sow 6–8 seeds per mound at a depth of 2 cm. Thin to 3–4 plants per mound after germination (7–10 days). Use trellises to save space. Water consistently to prevent bitterness caused by drought stress. Harvest cucumbers by cutting them from the vine with a sharp knife to avoid plant damage.
