Arnica has a slightly bitter taste and can be infused for its digestive and soothing properties, although its internal use is not recommended due to the presence of helenin, an irritant molecule. This plant is ideal for medicinal gardens, providing aesthetics and utility with its multiple therapeutic virtues.
